Built in Uganda, for Africa

We built Zynetiq because running a hotspot business shouldn't mean chasing cash or guessing your numbers

Across Uganda, Kenya and much of Africa, thousands of small ISPs and hotspot operators run their networks on MikroTik routers, handwritten voucher books, and cash collected at a counter. It works, but it's slow, difficult to track and nearly impossible to scale.

Zynetiq changes that.

It's one platform to manage hotspot vouchers, PPPoE billing, and client accounts, with mobile money built in from the start, not added as an afterthought. Generate vouchers for free, activate only what you plan to sell, and get paid instantly when a customer pays — no delays, no manual reconciliation.

We are starting in Uganda and Kenya, building for real operating conditions: mobile-money-first, cash-heavy businesses that need simple, reliable systems, not software adapted from somewhere else.

What we believe

Four principles behind every decision

01

Powerful tools, small ISPs

Small ISPs deserve tools as powerful as those used by large telecoms.

02

Simple pricing

Pricing should be simple: free to start, pay only when you earn.

03

Upfront fees

Fees should be clear and upfront, not hidden in fine print.

04

Growth without complexity

Growth should not require an accountant or complex systems.
