When a customer pays through your Zynetiq payment page, your share lands in your wallet automatically — the 5% is already accounted for.
Sell a voucher for cash yourself, then activate it from your wallet balance. You'll need at least one mobile money sale first to build that balance.
A 5% reserve is retained on each withdrawal to keep funds available for future activations. It's disclosed here, never hidden, and released in full if you close your account.
