1. What this platform is

Zynetiq ("the Platform," "we," "us") is a service that lets internet service providers and hotspot operators ("Tenants," "you") manage Mikrotik-based hotspot and PPPoE billing, generate and sell vouchers, and receive payments from their own customers via mobile money. By creating a Tenant account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate business information when signing up. You are responsible for all activity under your Tenant account, including actions taken by staff you invite. You must be legally able to operate an internet service or hotspot business in your country under local law.

3. Vouchers and activation

Generating vouchers is free. Creating voucher codes in the system does not, by itself, cost anything. A voucher must be activated before it can be used by an end customer to connect to the internet. Activating a voucher costs 5% of the voucher's price, deducted immediately from your wallet balance at the moment of activation.

This 5% activation fee is non-refundable. This applies even if the voucher is never sold, is lost, or is not used by an end customer for any reason. You should only activate vouchers you reasonably expect to sell. You will see this fee, and a confirmation step, before any activation is finalized.

4. Wallet balance

Payments your customers make through the Platform's payment page are split automatically: your share is credited to your wallet, and the Platform's commission is retained. Your wallet balance is also used to pay the 5% voucher activation fee described above.

New Tenants: because a new account starts with no wallet balance, you will need at least one completed payment-page sale before you have sufficient balance to activate vouchers for offline or cash resale. If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover an activation fee, activation will be blocked and you will be notified of the shortfall.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your wallet balance to your own mobile money account at any time, subject to the reserve described below.

Reserve. The Platform retains 5% of each withdrawal as a reserve. This reserve exists to ensure funds remain available to cover activation fees and platform obligations, and is disclosed here rather than applied silently.

Account closure. If you close your Tenant account, any remaining reserve balance, along with your full remaining wallet balance, will be released to you, provided your account is in good standing.

Withdrawals are free of charge to you.

6. Payments and mobile money

The Platform integrates directly with mobile money providers — MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money in Uganda; M-Pesa and Airtel Money in Kenya — to collect payments from your customers and to send you withdrawals. The Platform is not a bank. Funds held in your wallet balance represent amounts owed to you, tracked by the Platform's ledger, pending withdrawal.

7. Router connection and data

You are responsible for granting the Platform access to your Mikrotik router(s) via the setup process, including creating a dedicated API user as instructed. You are responsible for the security of your own router credentials and network.

8. Fees and changes to commission rates

The Platform's commission rate (currently 5% on voucher activation) may change with 30 days' notice to Tenants. Rates already agreed for active vouchers at the time of a change are not affected retroactively.

9. Suspension and termination

The Platform may suspend a Tenant account for fraudulent activity, non-payment of amounts owed, or violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time, subject to Section 5.

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform provides tools to manage your business but is not responsible for your relationship with your own end customers, the performance of your internet service, or your compliance with local telecommunications or business regulations.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting fees, reserves, or withdrawals will be communicated to Tenants in advance.
